xcavate.ioWe are building a real estate specific Parachain on the Polkadot network, that will digitise real world assets like land and real estate as NFTs, while also provide a lending protocol to bring together investors and real estate developers in a permission-less environment. While we want to encourage and support independent software developers to build dApps on our blockchain using a Xcavate specific SDK, our initial decentralised application (dApp) solves two real world problems; 1. Quick and simple access to finance for real estate developers. 2. Fractional ownership of real estate to democratise investment for all. We hope to launch our native utility token the XCAV coin in qtr 4 of 2023 and full go to market in Qtr 1 2024.
