As blockchain researcher, you will be responsible for diving-deep into both technical and strategic developments & use-cases within the world of blockchain interoperability.

The role requires good understanding of blockchain protocols, interoperability, and willingness to read and write research papers. Those who have prior experience as first authors of blockchain research papers will be prioritised for this role.

Expectations

-Write in-depth research reports and collaborate with partners and other researchers across the industry.
-Work with the tech team to build new narratives and use-cases in interoperability.
-Talk to users, potential project partners, understand the problems of the industry and propose solutions
-Write in-depth documentas of proposed use-cases
-Develop PoC, write research papers

Who you are

-Experience writing/researching about crypto / web3 products (bonus if protocol or infrastructure projects)
-In-depth blockchain/cryptocurrency industry experience, especially the current state of L1s, L2s, and roll-ups
-A sense of larger narratives within crypto, their origination, and keys for establishing getting public attention with meaningful research
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Understanding cross-chain bridging in-depth will be nice

You must have at least two published research blockchain pieces - in your cover letter you are expected to submit your published research papers or documents ( if they are not public). Proof of work is necesarry to apply for this position.
