Currently, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a highly organized and creative Senior social media manager.
Job responsibilities:
Being very well informed about product, roadmap, plans, industry trends. Staying on top of industry news
Confirming with stakeholders the tone of voice, positioning, targeting, and key messages
Defining target audiences for the content
Managing content creation for social media (texts, infographics, images, video)
Maintaining content calendar and handling periodic social media posts/events/activities
Developing a posting framework (scheduled posting, automated attributes integration - tags, links, UTMs if needed, social profiles links)
Coordination of a distributed SM team: copywriters, community managers, graphic designers
Constant monitoring media space re industry updates and company mentions
Collaborate with partners and influencers to strengthen company's online presence
Measuring and analyzing what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content marketing efforts
Driving community and SM channels growth
Basic qualifications:
Fluent English (C1+)
Strong copywriting and editorial skills (English)
At least 3 years of SMM experience (mainly on Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Facebook)

Background in tech/DeFi/financial fields
Knowledgeable about what’s going on in fintech/DeFi/blockchain industry
Creativity
Experience in leading SMM team
