Currently, we are expanding our development team and looking for an individual highly experienced in product development and product analytics who will be facilitating product building, user acquisition, hypothesis testing, and improving the customer life cycle.

We expect candidates to have the following skills:

More than 3 years of experience as a product owner / senior analyst in a development team for financial companies

Experience with financial derivatives and professional trading products is highly desirable

Skills in developing user interfaces and flows (prototyping, detail in interface design, usability, UX writing, a sense of beauty)

Proven experience in managing product teams (from planning and prototyping to new feature deployment)

Good knowledge of approaches to web analytics and related tools

Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline

Deep empathy in modeling user behavior in sophisticated product flows

Analytical (financial and technical) and organizational skills, with the ability to develop product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends

Ability to understand sophisticated product concepts and financial models

Excellent problem identification and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a rapidly changing, time-packed, and dynamic environment

Mandatory spoken English and excellence in writing

A Product Management certification in accordance with Open Product Management Workflow™

Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies

General knowledge of blockchain technologies

Hands-on experience with DeFi applications on Ethereum and other platforms

Knowledge of quantitative finance

Duties:

Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap

Competitive environment analysis in DeFi to identify trending projects and protocols

Identifying and testing product hypothesis

Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and hypothesis testing can be done in a scalable and repeatable manner

Managing product backlog

Identifying business requirements for product features with stakeholders

Custdev researches

Development of mockups for financial web applications with the UI/UX team

Supervision of actual development

Definition, monitoring of the relevant KPIs, and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set

Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area

Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents
