Head of Sales / Sales Manager

Your main goal will be closing deals with clients to bring the revenue. Our company is a startup and your main focus will be on active reaching out to potential clients and leading them through the whole process from the first touch and up to signing an agreement. Our company offers technical and business advisory in Polkadot niche (ink! development) and you will be working with b2b model. You will do the full cycle of deal closing starting from lead generation and up to closing the deal.

You will be working on:

  • Generate leads (cold letters, first reach outs) - filling database with potential leads
  • Seek and use opportunities for meeting new people (conference, hackathons, webinars, twitter space attending)
  • Lead successful negotiations - selling our products or establishment of an agreement for future cooperation
  • Developing proposals for clients
  • Closing the deal - signing the agreement with the other party and passing the deal to another responsible person in Brushfam
  • Finding opportunities to collaborate again with the previous clients

Required background & competencies:

  • Sales experience in b2b in web3 / IT field for 2+ years
  • Previous experience with web3 field
  • Works confidently with closing checks on sums of $100,000 +
  • Excellent communication skills (negotiations)
  • Advanced (C1+) English level
  • Ability to understand the tech side of a product and explain some tech details (from the business side) to the clients
  • Previous successfully closed deals (b2b)
  • Work mindset is not “8 hours per shift” but “getting the necessary result”
